| Poby is a NYC based, award-winning photographer whose work focuses on sports, people, and underwater. He studied photography at the Graphic and Art College in Duesseldorf. As a former member of the German Olympic waterpolo team, and current member of the New York Athletic Club Waterpolo team, Poby has a keen insight into the world of sports. In his 25-year long career, he has covered Olympic Games and World Championships in all different sports. He is passionate about connecting with the athletes and telling their stories, no matter what disciplines. His love of art and drawing guides him in his portraiture. In between Poby’s busy work schedule, he finds time to play the piano, paint and draw.
